FROSTBORN: THE MASTER THIEF first month

FROSTBORN: THE MASTER THIEF sold about 1,070 copies its first month. Thanks, everyone! I am very grateful, and the thought that 1,070 people read it is a bit daunting. 🙂 Additionally, it sold more copies on Amazon UK than Amazon US, which is the first time that has ever happened for one of my books. I’m not entirely sure why, but I certainly shall not complain!

In August it will have been a year since the first FROSTBORN book came out, and the series has grown quite a bit since then.  Listed below are how many copies each book sold in its first month, which I have posted here for the benefit of other writers that might be thinking about launching a series.

It has been very gratifying to see it grow. The lesson for writers, I suspect, is that a series simply takes time to grow. But Rome was not built in a day (or, as Ridmark would call it, the Empire of the Romans upon Old Earth), and neither was the realm of Andomhaim. 🙂

FROSTBORN: THE GRAY KNIGHT 1st month: 421

FROSTBORN: THE EIGHTFOLD KNIFE 1st month: 628

FROSTBORN: THE UNDYING WIZARD 1st month: 804

FROSTBORN: THE MASTER THIEF 1st month: 1,070

      Thanks about the books!

As for time, the post took about five minutes to write and another five minutes to pull up the numbers. So not too much of a time investment. 🙂
