I’m starting this week at 111,000 words written of DRAGONTIARNA: STORMS. I am hoping to close out the week at 135,000 words, or the end of the book, whichever comes first!<\/p>\n
In other good news, the weather has improved enough that I was able to go running for the first time since December 8th. I was pleased to see that I had no muscle ache or joint pain after. What had changed was lung capacity – I got out of breath much sooner than previously.<\/p>\n
But! I can spend spring and summer building up again, and by the time winter rolls around once more, hopefully the gyms and their treadmills will be open again. And I have to admit I feel quite a bit better both physically and mentally after a run. I’ve been keeping up with home-based strength workouts, but it’s just not the same as a good long run.<\/p>\n
