Your comment about God warms my heart. I feel comfortably humble
when I contemplate the existance of God. In AA we refer to God as our Higher Power. Honestly it is not important in my mind what label one uses to acknowledge God as long as one recognizes that they are not said entity.

I’m glad you liked it! It’s tricky to write about religion in fiction without being 1.) preachy, 2.) pompous, or 3.) condescending, but hopefully I can avoid all three.
