Soul of Dragons – the cover art

I’m making good progress on the revisions and editing for SOUL OF DRAGONS. So that means it’s time for some cover art!

It looks increasingly likely that I will be able to hit a February release date for SOUL OF DRAGONS. Life might throw a curveball, of course, (in February of 2011 I unexpectedly wound up in the hospital, after all) but if the seas remain smooth and the winds steady, February it will be.

  • Very nice cover art! Is that St. George slaying the dragon? Is that even a dragon, or is it a griffon? Regardless, very cool choice for your cover!

I did not know your were hospitalized in February, I’m sorry to hear that. Was it really bad?

And just a reminder to you, if you ever get a chance to post your Demonsouled series soundtrack, I’d be much obliged! No rush of course, just a reminder in case you forgot. the ‘Ghosts’ collection was pretty good.

That is “St. George and the Dragon”, by Gustave Moreau, a French painter who died in 1898.

The hospitalization wasn’t serious – a combination of new blood pressure medication and dehydration. Passing out in front of 300 people does cause *quite* the stir, however!

The DEMONSOULED unofficial soundtrack post is coming – before Reader Question Day this week, I think.
