surprise!

Got some page proofs today. That wasn’t the surprise.

What was surprising was reading over something I wrote five months ago and deciding that…well, that it didn’t suck. Like, if somebody else had written it, I wouldn’t mind reading it.

A pleasant feeling. Now, if only I could pull it off more often!
