We’ll find out more about what’s going on with New Kyre in GHOST IN THE RAZOR, and the Padishah’s fate will be revealed in future books.
Every time Laertes or Nasser commented on her ‘male’ gender or about how she should get a woman, I about laughed by ass off! The Ghosts series is my favorite series I have read so far. I am really curious if Caina will ever find another person she will love like she did Corvalis. Cheesy I know, but I still wonder. Anyways, I can’t wait for the next book!
That is one of my favorite running jokes so far. 🙂 As for future romances, well, there are more books to come…
I noticed mention of Murvain and Ark towards the end of the book. Will we see either of them in a future book? I also wonder what it would be like for Nernia and Claudia to meet, it seems to me like it would be a very amusing conversation to say the least. As always you have done another amazing job on this wonderful book! Keep up the good work I will try to remain patient while waiting for the next Ghost series book!

Ark & Muravin will come back at some point. And Claudia and Nerina’s first meeting would be hilarious, though I expect Caina will keep them apart for a while, partly from security, and partly because she suspects they would not get along well.
I was amused when I read that the Voice made Kalgri’s new body into a mix of Caina and Claudia. At first I read it so fast I thought you wrote Corvalis. I was shocked then reread it. But I was wondering what gave you the idea for Kalgri’s new body to be a combination of those two ladies?
It’s a two-part answer. The first part is that the Voice, like all of the nagataaru, enjoys trolling people. 🙂 So it was “these women killed you, so now you can look like them as a reminder.” The second part is that Kalgri does influence the rebuilding process to some degree, if only subconsciously. Since she was thinking about Caina and Claudia when she was rebuilt, the Voice used that as raw material when rebuilding her body.
