Long ago the ruthless High Queen of the Elves conquered the nations of 21st century Earth. Centuries later, Nadia Moran is a thief and a wizard bound in service to the cruel Elven noble Morvilind, forced to use her skills and her spells to steal treasures for him.

In witch month will Cloak Games: Shadow Jump come out? And is Nadia going to become a Shadow Hunter? Because all the events and comments Rioradan makes lead up to that. Plus why else would the Firstborn be fallowing her?
I forgot to tell you. The book was amazing. I read it in the first 4 hours, right when the book came out.

I think CLOAK GAMES: SHADOW JUMP will come out in April. If all goes well, my publishing schedule for the first third of 2016 should look something like this:
January: FROSTBORN: THE HIGH LORDS
February: MASK OF DRAGONS
March: GHOST IN THE PACT
April: CLOAK GAMES: SHADOW JUMP
The Firstborn sent Riordan after Nadia because he thought that she might be connected to the Forerunner, and the Shadow Hunters have been looking for the Forerunner for the last three hundred years. She wasn’t, so that was a dead end. What Riordan doesn’t know if that Nadia knows two people connected to the Forerunner very, very well, only she doesn’t know it quite yet.
As for the Shadow Hunters, Riordan’s interest in Nadia is a bit more than professional. That said, he’s just as relationship-skittish and paranoid as she is, though with good reason. His wife tried to murder him, and he was in a relationship with another Shadow Hunter who betrayed the Shadow Hunters and tried to kill him.
More details shall have to wait for future books. 🙂
So Nadia is not going to become a shadow hunter? It seemed like your type of twist. Like in Ghost Exile the main character turned in to a legendary valikarion. Now I am expecting things like that and it just seemed like your type of twist.
