The stories even claim that Romaria has visited Deepforest Keep, where mortal men and the Elderborn live in harmony. A few tales even whisper that she is the daughter of Deepforest’s Lord, that her mother was one of the haughty, imperious priestesses of the Elderborn.

But all sensible men know that Deepforest Keep does not exist.

Those who meet Romaria remember a bold woman with a mocking wit and a keen bow. Yet the more observant notice that she seems haunted. Almost fearful.
